O‘AHU FAMILY FILES FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS LAWSUIT AGAINST CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU AND HPD CLAIMING ABUSE OF POWER BY OFFICERS AGAINST 15-YEAR-OLD SON

The lawsuit seeks to end HPD’s unchecked practice of letting officers abuse their police powers for personal purposes.
