  • Hawaiʻi Community Foundation: Operates the Stronger Hawaiʻi Fund, which supports statewide disaster relief across the Islands and emergency-related preparedness, recovery, mitigation and resilience.
  • Hawaiʻi Mutual Aid: Provides direct aid for ʻohana across Hawaiʻi affected by natural disasters. Currently serving those impacted by Lala.
  • Vibrant Hawaiʻi: This Hilo-based nonprofit provides relief to those impacted on Hawaiʻi Island, including water distribution.
  • O Kaʻū Kākou: A Pāhala-based organization providing resources and services across Kaʻū.
  • Our Hawaiʻi: Provides food, water and assistance to those impacted by Lala across the Islands.
  • ‘Iewe Hānau o ka ‘Āina: A Nāʻālehu-based organization in Kaʻū currently focused on support Lala recovery efforts.
  • The Food Basket: Delivers food to those in need across Hawaiʻi Island.
  • HOPE Services Hawaiʻi: Helps people on Hawaiʻi Island who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
  • Hawaiʻi Foodbank: Serves hungry families, including those affected by Tropical Storm Lala.
  • American Red Cross: Operates shelters and helps with damage assessment.
  • The Lāhui Foundation: Provides food, water and assistance to those impacted by Lala across the Islands.
